Thalassa flies skymedia/skyEmotions

Again the France 3 TV Show is flying with skymedia/skyEmotions. This time our EC130 is flying along the coastlines of Croatia, Montenegro, Albania and Greece. We filmed all the beautifull Greek islands. On board ZJC were; Yannick Charles (Producer/Anchorman), Bas Vandenbranden (Camera operator) and Jürg Fleischmann (Pilot) Today we went to the most southern stop on this flight, Mykonos, Night stop today in Athen. Thalassa goes skymedia.....

This time we are flying with our EC130 from Zurich via all the Coastlines of Croatia, Montenegro and Albania to Greece, where we film all the beautiful islands. RB105 im Südtirol

Unsere RB105 fliegt morgen einen Einsatz für Red Bull im Grödnertal. Wir sind Gäste auf der Basis von Aiut Alpin Dolomites, Gebrüder Kostner, und Elikos, Star Work Sky, wir wurden sehr freundlich aufgenommen, nicht nur eine wunderschöne Gegend, auch sehr nette Leute......, Crew Jürg Fleischmann und Bas Vandenbranden.

Red Bull 105 ready for the Alinghi shoot.

Today our Crew, Bas, Jean Paul and Jürg, will shoot the official launch of the Alinghi parade on the Lake of Geneva. Also here is Nicolas Ivanoff, he will do a display around the huge Catamaran. In the background you see the MI-26, next week Alinghi will be flown over the Swiss Alps to Genoa with this giant Helicopter..........

Red Bull 105 / HB-ZHS in Toronto

Our RB105 is already in Toronto where it will be dissasembled for the flight on board a Cargolux Boeing 747 to Luxembourg. Giovanni and Sascha are taking care of our Lady to make her ready for the Atlantic Crossing back home.

Windsor Airrace

After a successfull Airrace in Windsor we prepare for the transport to Europe. All our equipment is ready in our Air Race Hangar for the transport back to our Home Base in Zurich. Our team (Bas, Giovanni, Jürg, Kari, Marco, Peter, Ricci and Sascha) made a great job for an amazing race which was won by Paul Bonhomme, second was Hannes Arch and third was Kirby Chambliss. Now we are heading for Europe......

skymedia Team arrived in Windsor, Canada

The skymedia Team (Giovanni Barria, Marco Biner, Jürg Fleischmann, Sascha Fleischmann, Kari Kofel, Peter Nydegger, Richi Perret and Bas van den Branden) arrived in the last days in Windsor, Canada, for the next Airrace on June 13^th and June 14^th.  Yesterday we flew in with our Helicopter Red Bull 105 / HB-ZHS via the Niagara Falls. All cameras are ready for another great Race………….

 

Red Bull 105 visits Niagara Helicopter

Today Red Bull 105 / HB-ZHS visited the Heliport from Niagara Helicopters close to the famous Falls. The company is owned by Rudi Haven, a native Swiss guy, and also the Chiefpilot, Rene Hussy, was born in Switzerland. The whole team from Niagara Helicopters gave us a very warm welcome, great job you all do and thank you very much for the hospitality. It was the first time that a Swiss registered Helicopter landed at their Helipad. If you are at the Niagara Falls, it is a must to fly with the Team of Niagara Helicopters, it is an amazing experience and the only way to see the Falls in full………….. Another amazing place for Red Bull 105: due to the Airrace in Windsor, Ontario, we got the permission to overfly the Niagara Falls with our HB-ZHS, what a scenery….., today we will visit Niagara Helicopters close to the Falls, run by Rudi Haven, a native Swiss Pilot……….., check out the site in the next days………….

 

Ferry San Diego - Toronto, Final day

Finally we maid it safely to Toronto City Airport, what a journey………, we experienced everything: Beautifull Canyons with hot temperature and only Blue skies, horrible weather East of the Rocky Mountains with Storm, Hail and Tornados and Toronto welcomed us with Sunny skies but cold temperatures (0° C) The Crew, Bas van den Branden, Sascha and Jürg Fleischmann, are happy to be in Toronto with another amazing adventure with our RB105, HB-ZHS. Now our baby gets some rest and treatment before we do some Shows for Red Bull Canada next Tuesday and Wednesday…….

On Day 3 the crossing thru the Midwest started out of Montrose, Colorado. We flew via Canon City, Hays, Manhattan to St. Jospeh for overnight, then on Day 4 to Kenokuk, Pontiac, South Bend and Detroit to Windsor, ….., just flying straight from one fuelstop to the other……….., in South Bend we met a C-17….., in the evening of Day 4 we landed in Windsor, Canada, where the next Airrace on June 13th and 14th will take place……
